SILICONE PU COURT MATERIAL INTRODUCTION
fourth-generation Silicone PU court material is an upgraded version developed in accordance with the newly introduced GB 36246-2018 standard. It’s a health-oriented professional elastic synthetic court surface material designed based on ergonomic princi- ples and meeting the physical requirements of sports activities. It features a hard top and soft bottom structure and can be directly applied on cement or asphalt. @ It consists of a single-component silicone-modified polyurethane for cushioning and re- silience structure, with a two-component modified water-based acrylic surface paint as the wear-resistant surface layer. Additionally, colorful color combinations have been added to meet the demands of the new era and further inspire athletes’ love for the game.

ACRYLIC COURT MATERIAL INTRODUCTION
{ Hard Court Acrylic }
Acrylic court coatings are approved by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), using completely water-based environmentally friendly materials. They have a thick-ness of 1.8mm to 2mm. They are entirely green and envi- ronmentally friendly, highly resistant to ultraviolet light, with long-lasting and deep colors that do not fade or peel. They are easy to maintain, have low maintenance costs, and are durable in any climate conditions. Provid- ing high-quality sports surface materials, they are praised as the most economical choice for leisure and

Elastic acrylic surface layer is made from
100% acrylic materials, while the elastic layer is a
blend of rubber powder and water-based emulsion.

Baikon has introduced a new ultra-wear-resistant acrylic material
specifically designed for parking lot requirements. It’s a two-com- ponent acrylic material developed based on the physical charac-teristics of outdoor parking lots. It features high hardness, ul- tra-wear resistance, and weather resistance to prevent powdering. This material addresses the issues of low hardness and suscepti- bility to wear from vehicle traffic associated with traditional acryl-ic coatings. Additionally, it solves the problem of outdoor weather- ing and powdering commonly experienced with traditional epoxy floor paints used in parking lots. The system consists of an acrylic base coat and a cement-sand base leveling layer, with a two-com- ponent water-based acrylic surface paint serving as the wear-re- sistant layer. The thickness ranges from 1.8mm to 2mm.
